This coffee has juicy stone fruits like plums and juicy peach. This cup has delicate florals of jasmine and lavender, and it has a long sweet finish with a light body and a sparkling citric acidity.

Note from the roaster: Our second year working with Habtamu's Chelbesa lot, this is a beautiful lot that defines our love for Ethiopia. This specific washed lot comes from approximately 117 smallholders across the Chelbesa highlands in Ethiopia.
