From Ture Waji, the founder of Sookoo Coffee, comes this natural coffee that offers a very clean taste. Expect a flavorful and impressively clean natural coffee that Ture has become famous for. You'll find delightful notes of berry jam, candied stone fruit, delicate florals, and an abundance of sweetness.

This coffee is processed at the Suke station, where cherries are gathered from 35 local smallholders. Farm elevations range from 2000 to 2150 MASL, and this particular lot primarily consists of Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 landrace varieties.

Cherries are collected at peak ripeness. Once sorted they are moved directly to drying tables where they are dried on raised beds in cherry.
